Les Goguettes

Les Goguettes, four songwriter-singer-musicians, twist the great classics of French song in an impertinent and hilarious musical press review! After ten successful years, two five-year presidential terms' worth of reworked refrains and good-natured laughter, these four could have rested on their laurels and stepped down from the throne the general public had placed them on during the lockdown. Having brought the art of the chansonniers back to the front of the stage and carried it onto the boards of the Olympia, the Folies Bergère and the Casino de Paris... they could have been content to make something new out of the old (Régime). But no! Armed with their piano, gleaming guitars and dazzling synthesisers, the four companions go back to basics and hit the roads of France and beyond with an entirely new show.

Sharp, subtle writing, carefully crafted musical performance and a punchy staging... All the ingredients are in place to make you laugh in this clever and funny musical show!
