Berlin, in the very place where Lagarce wrote Juste la fin du monde in 1992.
It was there that the artist Li, who publishes his compositions under the name “La musique de Li”, returned for a residency, to set to music this Journal kept in urgency, desire, creation, and the awareness of time running out by a man who knew he was condemned.
From this immersion was born a singular creation: Lagarce's text inhabited by Li's voice, brought to life by two musicians, traversed by images re-worked live and remixes that make reality waver. A suspended hour where the text is not recited — it is lived.
