Overview
Berlin, in the very place where Lagarce wrote Juste la fin du monde in 1992.
It was there that the artist Li, who releases compositions under the name "La musique de Li", returned for a residency, to bring this Journal to life through song—a journal written in the urgency of desire, creation, and the awareness of running out of time by a man who knew he was condemned.
From this immersion, a singular creation was born: Lagarce's text inhabited by Li's voice, brought to life raw by two female musicians, and interwoven with live-remixed imagery and remixes that make reality waver. A suspended hour where the text is not recited—it is lived.
