Mehdi Djaadi

Mehdi Djaadi takes to the stage at Le Colisee in Roubaix to present his show combining humour and personal narrative.

Le Colisee in Roubaix welcomes actor and comedian Mehdi Djaadi for a performance in the comic one-man-show genre. Accustomed to exploring social and societal themes with finesse, the artist delivers a polished script where self-deprecation vies with meticulous observation of our society's flaws. The stage echoes a unique journey, questioning identities, prejudices and the contradictions of our era through a gallery of portraits and anecdotes.

Audiences are invited to take their seats in the main auditorium of this theatre for a direct and incisive moment of theatrical sharing. The staging relies on complicity with the room, prioritising the power of words and acting to deliver a message that is both sharp and benevolent. This artistic proposal is aimed at a wide audience who appreciate comedy shows with personal and committed writing.
