RAÏ ROOTS – Tribute to Ahmed Zergui

Led by Jamel Reffes, a musician from Sidi Bel Abbès, the hometown of Ahmed Zergui, Raï Roots pays tribute to one of the pioneers of raï. Joined by musicians from the raï scene in Marseille and Paris, several of them members of the Orchestre National de Barbès, the collective passionately brings back to life the repertoire of this iconic artist. Born at the Cité de la Musique in Marseille during the Semaine du Raï in 2022, this project celebrates all the richness and energy of raï's roots.

MEHTOZE – DJ Set

A music enthusiast and a digger of groovy gems, Mehtoze trained at Akademix, the Marseille DJ school founded by DJ Djel (Fonky Family). He takes you on a warm, festive DJ set, moving between raï, funk, soul, hip-hop and world music, to keep the evening going on the dancefloor.
