Pierre et le Loup

A children's adaptation of Sergei Prokofiev's musical tale, "Peter and the Wolf", presented at the Monde du Rêve venue in Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes.

This children's show adapts the musical tale "Peter and the Wolf" by Sergei Prokofiev, a work written to introduce children to the instruments of the orchestra. The story follows Peter, who disobeys his grandfather and wanders into the forest despite his warnings, until he comes face to face with the wolf.

On stage, narration and music take turns to bring the characters to life: each is associated with an instrument or a group of instruments, which allows young audiences to recognise the voices of the story as the tale unfolds. The tone remains light and approachable, suited to a young audience.

The Monde du Rêve venue in Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes is a concert and show hall that hosts this production aimed at families and the youngest spectators.
