Overview
Annick Cisaruk and David Venitucci bring Serge Reggiani's repertoire to the stage, celebrating one of the great figures of French song.
Serge Reggiani, actor, singer and painter of Franco-Italian origin, born in 1922 in Reggio Emilia, left his mark on French song from the 1940s onwards. His interpretation of literary and poetic lyrics, notably illustrated by his 1965 album Serge Reggiani chante Boris Vian, has left a lasting imprint on the musical heritage.
On stage, Annick Cisaruk on vocals and David Venitucci on musical accompaniment revisit this dense and committed repertoire. The duo offers a stripped-back set that highlights the strength of the lyrics and melodies, favouring interpretation and closeness with the audience.
This evening is aimed at lovers of chanson à texte and listeners attached to the heritage of classic French variété. The show takes place at the Kibélé, a cultural venue on rue de l'Échiquier in the 10th arrondissement of Paris.
