Presented by ZRP. After 10 years of silence, The Lanskies are back with a new album and new line up. The album "War Machine" comes out April 17, 2026 on ZRP. Inventors of Hot Wave, The Lanskies return to set the fire ablaze.
An ambitious project, at the crossroads of post-punk and indie-pop influences, mixed by Clive Martin, renowned sound engineer (Queen, The Cure, les Wampas, les Négresses Vertes, Stereophonics,…), promising a sound both dense and sleek.
11 powerful rock tracks that blend influences (Pulp, Talking Heads, Kaiser Chief, LCD Soundsystem and even Oasis) while maintaining strong singularity.
Today, The Lanskies advance as a transcontinental force: the fiery Liverpudlian Lewis Evans on vocals, guitar architect Florian von Kunnsberg, bassist from Sheffield Anthony Cox, and the supercharged French rhythm duo composed of Antoine Cadot (drums) and Alex Paul (lead guitar).
Recognized for their breathtaking stage performances (some fifty concerts on their previous album having taken them from Rock en Seine to China), the Maroquinerie meeting promises to be explosive.
