Arrested Development is an American hip-hop group from Atlanta, Georgia. It was founded by Speech and Headliner, and is composed of about ten musicians, including Baba Oje, the group's elder and leader. Their most famous tracks, such as Tennessee, People Everyday, Mr. Wendal, Africa's Inside Me, and Revolution (a track that was part of the soundtrack for Spike Lee's Malcolm X), would influence an entire generation of musicians.
