Maine

The Maine is an American alternative rock band from Tempe, Arizona. Formed on 21 January 2007, their first EP, Stay Up, Get Down, was released on 8 May 2007, followed by The Way We Talk EP, released on 11 December 2007. The band's first album, Can't Stop, Won't Stop, was released on 8 July 2008. The band also released Christmas songs with the EP ... And a Happy New Year, published in December 2008. Their second album Black and White was released on 13 July 2010 and sold 22,634 copies in its first week of release. On 6 December 2011, the band released their third album, Pioneer, which reached 90th place on the Billboard 200. Their fourth album Forever Halloween was released on 4 June 2013, reaching 39th place on the Billboard 200 with over 10,000 copies sold during its first week of release. The Maine later released a deluxe edition of Forever Halloween in 2014. The fifth studio album, American Candy, was released on 31 March 2015. After several tours and the release of a covers EP in 2016, their sixth album, titled Lovely Little Lonely, was released on 7 April 2017. You Are OK, their seventh album, was released on 29 March 2019, and their eighth album, XOXO: From Love And Anxiety In Real Time, on 9 July 2021.
