About — The artist

Molotov is Mexico's most provocative rock group: since 'Where Will the Girls Play?' (1997), the Mexico City quartet mixes rap, metal and funk bilingually with corrosive humour and protest anthems — 'Gimme Tha Power', 'Frijolero', a charge that remains cult against anti-Mexican contempt. Several Latin Grammys and an explosive stage reputation later, they remain a formidable live group. Their Paris appearances are high-energy Latin celebrations.
