About — The artist
Percival, or Percival Schuttenbach, is a Polish folk metal band from Lubin, formed in 1999 by musicians passionate about history and historical reenactment. The name “Percival” does not refer to any historical figure, but to the gnome Percival Schuttenbach from Andrzej Sapkowski's The Witcher novel series. The band is led by Mikołaj Rybacki and Katarzyna Bromirska. It became known with its track Lazare, used in the soundtrack of the video game The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
