About — The artist
Roman Flügel (born May 5, 1970, in Darmstadt) is a German electronic music producer and disc jockey. Since the 1990s, Roman Flügel has made a name for himself as a producer under various pseudonyms such as Eight Miles High, Roman IV, Ro 70, and Soylent Green.
In collaboration with Jörn Elling Wuttke, he releases music under the aliases Alter Ego, Acid Jesus, Holy Garage, and Sensorama. He also collaborates with well-known artists such as Ricardo Villalobos and has established himself on the electronic music scene through his genre-bending musical productions. Since 2009, he has primarily performed under his birth name.
