SebastiAn, real name Sébastien Akchoté-Božović, born on 3 February 1981 in Boulogne-Billancourt, is a French musician, disc jockey, producer, mixer and composer of electronic music.
He works as a remixer for groups and singers such as Charlotte Gainsbourg, Daft Punk, Beastie Boys, Bloc Party and Nero. He also writes and produces tracks for Charlotte Gainsbourg, Philippe Katerine, Kavinsky, Frank Ocean, Uffie and Woodkid. He composes film scores for titles such as Notre jour viendra (2010) or Steak (2007), in which he appears, credited as Sebastian Akchoté. Many of his tracks are used on television and in video games. He is signed to the French electronic label Ed Banger Records.
