The Slackers are an American ska band from Brooklyn, New York. Their musical style is also tinged with blues, garage rock, rocksteady, and reggae. The band has performed hundreds of concerts in the United States, Europe, Japan, and Brazil. They participated in the Montreal International Jazz Festival in 2000, Printemps de Bourges in 2001, and the Dour Festival in 2002 and 2014.
