About — The artist
Thunder is a British hard rock band from London, England.
In 1989, following the breakup of their band Terraplane, guitarist Luke Morley and singer Danny Bowes formed Thunder, with drummer Gary James, bassist Mark "Snake" Luckhurst (replaced by Mikael Höglund in early 1993 and Chris Child in February 1997) and guitarist and keyboardist Ben Matthews. Their first album Backstreet Symphony is produced by Andy Taylor of Duran Duran. The band stopped from 2000 to 2002, then returned in 2003.
