About — The venue
Located in the centre of the village of Mens, in the south of the Isère department, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, Le Café des Arts is a bar-restaurant in this small mountain town that has managed to preserve its old-world charm and its frescoes dating from the late 19th century.
As such, the venue benefits from a partial listing by decree of 23 January 1989, as a historical monument for its two shopfronts and its interior decor.
