About — The venue
Eglise Sainte-Rosalie is located at the intersection of boulevard Auguste-Blanqui and rue Corvisart in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. It is named in honor of Saint Rosalie of Palermo, patron saint of Sister Rosalie (1786-1856), who gave her name to the short avenue of Sister-Rosalie overlooking Place d'Italie, and who spent many years serving the common people of the neighborhood during the first half of the 19th century.
