About — The venue
FGO-Barbara is the city of Paris's centre for contemporary music in Barbès, located at 1 rue Fleury in the 18th arrondissement. Opened in 2008 and named in tribute to singer Barbara, this venue dedicated to emerging talent combines a concert hall holding about 300 seats, recording and rehearsal studios and artist development programmes. Its programming, often at low prices, offers one of the best vantage points on the new French music scene — rap, pop, electronic, world music. Métro Barbès-Rochechouart.
