About — The venue

Created in October 2013 by the Groupe Galeries Lafayette, Lafayette Anticipations – Fondation d’entreprise Galeries Lafayette opened its doors in March 2018 at 9 rue du Plâtre, in the Marais district of Paris, in a building renovated by Rem Koolhaas and his architecture firm OMA. This foundation, which serves the public interest, aims to support artists and creators. The Foundation is chaired by Guillaume Houzé and its director is Clément Delépine, who succeeds Rebecca Lamarche-Vadel and François Quintin. In October 2021, Géraldine Breuil joined the Foundation as Deputy Director.

The Foundation has been active since 2013 through the Lafayette Anticipations pre-figuration programme.
