1300 Grammes - Compagnie Enjeu Majeur

The jazz-infused and mixed-music adventure of a child searching for their place in a new elsewhere, improvising as they meet people, and blending languages to find

"My grandmother says she weighs her words before speaking. I feel like I weigh memories. At the same time, I couldn't take many... memories. We were allowed 23kg of luggage per person. 23kg is fine when you go on holiday for a week or two. But who thought of those who leave once and for all?" The words are touching, the music is captivating... A show that speaks to the heart and ears, 1300 grammes is the jazz-infused and mixed-music adventure of a child searching for their place in a new elsewhere, improvising as they meet people, and blending languages to find their own.
