Jeanne is convinced it is haunted. Sam, an astrophysicist and fiercely Cartesian, refuses to believe her. While they are arguing, a couple of friends arrive for dinner: Laura, an old college friend of Sam, and Ben, her new partner. The debate heats up around the dinner table.

Can the dead really return among us? Belief and skepticism clash, but as the evening progresses, something strange and terrifying draws closer... So they are going to stay awake... together... until 2:22 AM... the hour of truth.
