Overview
LE BOSSU DE NOTRE DAME STUDIO MARIGNY Nominated for the Molières in 2017 – Molière Jeune Public
A funny and modern version of Victor Hugo's masterpiece, a tasty blend of theatre, commedia dell'arte and musical comedy. Olivier Solivérès plunges you right into the middle of fifteenth-century Paris and the extraordinary destiny of Quasimodo in an original and poetic adaptation of “The Hunchback of Notre Dame”. You will rediscover the intertwined destinies of Quasimodo, Esmeralda and Phoebus amid sumptuous sets, through a thrilling adventure full of duels, chases, love and twists of fate, which will delight young and old alike. Despite his difference, Quasimodo carries one of the most beautiful stories of love, courage and humanity ever written.
Did you know? Olivier Solivérès is also the author and director of five family shows in Paris, such as “Au Pays du Père Noël” or “Les Aventures de Pinocchio” (both nominated for the Molières in 2024). He is also the director of “Le Cercle des poètes disparus” (awarded at the Molières in 2024), as well as the adapter and director of “Amadeus”, nominated four times for the Molières in 2026.
