Chicago Blues Festival 2026, 56th edition: back to Mississippi! 56 years already for the annual Chicago Blues Festival tour in autumn 2026, and a return to the roots for this edition.

After several editions centred on the capital of electric blues, the tour goes back to the source of the blues, on the banks of the Mississippi Delta, with a line-up drawn from its state capital, Jackson!

A tour stamped with the spirit of passing the torch: under the guidance of Zac Harmon, mentor of this temporary group, it is the new generation of Mississippi blues that takes centre stage, with Kingston Livingston, a young talent spotted by Zac, and Lady Adrena, a gospel singer from Jackson who launched a blues career a few years ago.

With this unprecedented line-up, the 2026 Chicago Blues Festival tour confirms its purpose: bringing generations into dialogue, revealing the diversity of American blues and offering European audiences an authentic immersion into the heart of this timeless music!
