Alain Chamfort - L'Impermanence

After launching his 'L'Impermanence' tour amid the rock heat of the Point Éphémère, then winning over Paris audiences with sold-out shows at Le Trianon and the Folies Bergère, Alain Chamfort arrives in Brunoy.

' These are the words that close the final chapter of Alain Chamfort's discography. With L'Impermanence, the artist has chosen to close a career spanning more than 50 years with a major, profound and poignant work.

An exceptional composer who has inspired the greatest songwriters, from Serge Gainsbourg to Pierre-Dominique Burgaud, he delivers here a record where every note and every silence seem to be weighed with rare exactingness.

It features the pen of Jacques Duval and the disenchanted world of Sébastien Tellier, in an act of artistic courage that pays no heed to fleeting trends. On stage, this final repertoire is elevated by the musical direction of Adrien Soleiman.

Between little-known gems and reimagined classics, the L'Impermanence show offers a vivid new reading of his legacy. A tour that feels like a passing of the torch, where the man's modesty gives way to the splendour of his melodies, to touch, one last time, on the universal.

An elegant, sensitive evening, true to the artist's image, where past and present meet under the spotlight, for a concert promising unprecedented moments.
