Overview
Afternoon, Swimming Pool: seven stories by Kafka whose unsettling comic sense reveals the absurdities of the human condition, here above all masculine.
Across seven stories that expose the absurdities of the human condition, particularly the masculine one, Bernard Bloch convinces us that Kafka, through his irresistible comic sense, is not reducible to his unsettling strangeness and that, even if we think we do not understand him, he, at least, has understood us.
