Au Coeur de mes Emotions

Every day we experience all sorts of different emotions, and sometimes we feel several at once. They push us to act and to react, for better but also for worse. What a puzzle! How can we recognise our own emotions and make use of them?

Louane is going to explain the six primary emotions (joy, anger, sadness, surprise, fear, disgust) and how to go about living with them in good harmony. With the help of Louane and her toolbox (meditation, relaxation, sophrology), she will show you how to create a cocktail of well-being with yourself and with others.

Say what you feel and Louane will help you!
