It is to his native Poland that Chopin dedicates his various creations. His piano works alone encapsulate the full spectrum of human emotions. A little gem of Baroque art built in 1733, the Eglise Saint-Ephrem boasts remarkable acoustics and is nestled in a green setting right in the historic centre of Paris (Latin Quarter), close to the Panthéon and the Sorbonne. The peace and serenity that prevail here make it an ideal venue for listening to classical music. The numerous concerts organised here are performed by artists who are all graduates of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris. Many of them are also winners of international competitions. Candlelight concert: the chancel of the church is illuminated with candles, enhancing the romantic and intimate atmosphere of the venue.
