ORCHESTRE NATIONAL D'ÎLE-DE-FRANCE
Charlot patine, Charlot pompier and L'Évadé: made in 1917, these comedies of manners, still very relevant today, depict the human condition and its dramatic, comic, ridiculous or modest failings. Cyrille Aufort's score combines inventiveness, relevance and respect for the image, without neglecting humour, which is constantly present through effects drawn from situational comedy.
