Clou et l'École de Musique de Joinville (Joinville-le-Pont)

SEATED CONCERT - Free seating. Clou is a singer-songwriter, poet and illustrator. Trained at the conservatoire in piano and voice, she pursued parallel studies in law and communication, followed by a period in the United States.

It was in New York that she first sang her compositions in public and recorded her debut. Back in France, she worked as a culture journalist and press officer before devoting herself fully to music.

In 2014, she drew attention by finishing second in the France Inter radio talent contest. Backed by the Sacem and Didier Varrod, she self-produced a first EP, which opened the doors to Because Editions and numerous support slots.

She has performed alongside artists including Camille, Benjamin Biolay, Vianney and Sting. In 2020, she released her first album, Orages, co-written with Dan Levy (The Dø), praised for its sensitive and luminous pop.

The record earned her a nomination at the 2021 Victoires de la Musique. That same year, she published Doux mots dits, an illustrated collection inspired by her adolescence, which won an award and was adapted for the stage.

Alongside this, she has developed her work as an illustrator and taken part in various artistic and collective projects. True to her collaborative spirit, she has multiplied duets in France and abroad. In 2024, she unveiled her second album, À l'évidence, and went on tour.

She is currently preparing a third album along with new musical projects.
