Concert LOBO POR LOBO

An exceptional concert bringing together three generations of the LOBO family through music, memories, images and stories. Fernando LOBO, Edu LOBO and Bernardo LOBO have each left their mark on the history of Brazilian music in their own way.

In LOBO por LOBO, their stories are told through songs, archives and memories, creating a musical dialogue between the generations.

On stage, Brazilian singer-songwriter Bernardo LOBO will notably perform the repertoire of his ninth album, whilst revisiting songs and stories linked to his father, the famous EDU LOBO, and his grandfather, the composer Fernando LOBO.

The show blends live music, narration, photographs and historical videos to bring back to life the moments, encounters and songs that have stood the test of time.

It is a musical, intimate and documentary experience that plunges us into the heart of a family deeply connected to the creation of Brazilian music, inviting us to discover, generation after generation, a story of transmission, memory and passion.

As the opening act, Mestre Sorriso will kick off the evening with a solo performance of the berimbau (an Afro-Brazilian instrument) and singing, making the full richness of Afro-Brazilian culture resonate before handing the stage over to the world of the Lobos.
