Denise Jardinière Vous Invite Chez Elle - Thibaut Boidin ( Tournée )

It is an invitation extended to the whole world! Guests are invited to a mysterious evening at Denise Jardinière's home, but they know nothing about their hostess. She is a strange housekeeper who greets the guests, but nothing goes as planned: just as the mistress of the house is about to arrive, Madame's beloved son is suffering from a serious bout of insomnia. She then tells him an enigmatic tale: "La légende de Paul, le prince solitaire"... The twists and turns follow one another until the final revelation, when everyone will finally understand the reasons behind this very mysterious invitation.

Did you know? Thibaut Boidin created this show in January 2012, at home, in his own Paris flat. It is there that he gave the first performances. Word of mouth was such that he moved the show to ever larger theatres, until performing at Bobino in June 2017. After 298 performances, "Denise Jardinière vous invite chez elle" won the best show prize at the Avignon Festival Off 2019 (editorial staff prize of "Avignon à L'unisson").
