An exceptional author, composer, and performer, Emily Loizeau shares the stage with the Quatuor Debussy, who for over thirty years have been inventing an art of experiencing music in motion. Twenty years ago, Emily Loizeau made a remarkable entry into the French music scene with “L’Autre bout du Monde”: a debut album crowned with a Platinum disc. Since then, she has established herself as a unique, independent, and committed artist with five other original albums and numerous musical collaborations, both on stage and screen. For a few exceptional concerts, she shares the stage with the Quatuor Debussy, who, for some thirty years, have been imagining a way of experiencing music in motion, multiplying dialogues with creators from the performing arts without forgetting the classical and contemporary repertoire, nor current music. Together, they explore Emily Loizeau's repertoire, drawing from each of her albums compositions that they reinvent as a quintet (strings and piano), faithful to the singer's spirit.
