Emily Loizeau

Emily Loizeau brings her pop rock and French chanson universe to the stage of the Théâtre André Malraux in Chevilly Larue for this concert.

Emily Loizeau is a Franco-British singer-songwriter whose musical career unfolds between rock and chanson. The artist's discography has been built over the years since the release of her first album, « La Folie en tête  », published in 2005 by Polydor. This foundational work laid the groundwork for a distinctive style of writing, moving between the French language and Anglo-Saxon influences.

On stage, the compositions take on new forms through arrangements for piano, guitars and other instruments. The musician's concerts rely on a tight line-up, favouring closeness with the audience and the spotlight on the lyrics. The live performance reflects the richness of the arrangements heard on record, carried by the interpreter's distinctive voice.

This evening is aimed at lovers of textured songs and indie pop who appreciate carefully crafted arrangements. The Théâtre André Malraux in Chevilly Larue hosts this stop on the tour, offering a setting well suited to attentive listening to this repertoire.
