En Cavale ! - Clarika et Barbara Carlotti - Tournée

A musical and cinematic journey told through women's voices, a tribute to the heroines of films who sing, dream, resist and emancipate themselves.

From the explosive blonde of Les Hommes préfèrent les blondes to the outlaw heroines of Thelma et Louise, from the soft incantations of the fairy Lilas to the vibrant solitude of Cléo, this programme brings together mythical female figures of the cinema through the songs that carry and tell their stories.

These pieces, drawn from classics of the seventh art, are often pivotal moments where female voices assert a desire, a revolt, a worry or a joy.

From duets of female solidarity (When Love Goes Wrong) to laments of hope or farewell (Que Sera Sera, The Ballad of Lucy Jordan), through anthems of sisterhood (Get Into the Groove), each song becomes an echo of women's lives, their struggles, and the bonds and handing-down between them.

These songs resonate like so many fragments of lives, struggles, escapes and transformations. A sensitive dialogue between cinema and music to make women's stories resonate. A concert to remember that film songs are never insignificant: they tell, they awaken, they connect.

They let us hear what the heroines have to say, in us, for us, between us. Singers: Clarika and Barbara Carlotti, accompanied by a female pianist and keyboardist. Duration: 1h30
