Exposition Le Bouffay des arts

This is a journey through the Bouffay district to discover a diverse range of visual arts.

La Commune libre du Bouffay, in partnership with the Kipikdufon association, is hosting the Le Bouffay des Arts exhibition. Animals feature prominently in the exhibited works, which include drawings, sculptures, engravings and paintings. The featured artists are from Nantes and the Loire region:

• Tiote, a painter specialising in marine worlds
• Slich, an artist who uses tempera and natural pigments for her paintings
• Kipikdufon, a Nantes-based association of volunteer artists working in drawing, watercolour and painting
• La Rakutade, an association specialising in Raku, with the motto "Happiness through chance"
• Fabienne Gaubert, an engraver from Nantes
• Bruno Meyer, a wood sculptor from Nantes
• Denis Thébaudeau, a sculptor from the Loire region working in bronze
• Jean-Bernard Chanteux, a photographer from Vertou.

To mark the opening night on Friday 2 October, come and discover the launch of the two volumes of Les fabliaux du hérisson, written by Gilbert Héry, a Kipikdufon artist, and illustrated by the Kipikdufon collective. The exhibition can be viewed from 2 to 31 October 2026.
