One exhibition, two venues! At the Frac in Carquefou and the Musée d'arts de Nantes

Born from a desire to renew the historical collaborations between their collections, the Musée d'arts de Nantes and the Frac Pays de la Loire have jointly designed a crossover exhibition taking shape across both institutions. Entitled "Plants and People", it brings together historical and contemporary works — photographs, drawings, sculptures, paintings — exploring the place of living organisms in our relationship with the world. It envisions two complementary approaches: plants at the Musée d'arts de Nantes and animals at the Frac in Carquefou. This collaboration between the two institutions, which takes on full significance in a context where cultural balances remain fragile, also bears witness to Nantes' ongoing commitment to supporting local artistic players and encouraging accessible initiatives for all audiences.
