Gorfou-Tornade
The MiniGorfous choir takes us back to a distant era in a world of ice.
Gorfou-Tornade: 2 dates from 29 to 30 January 2027, at L'Astronef (13015 Marseille).
Checked on 27 October 2026.
Overview
The MiniGorfous choir takes us back to a distant era in a world of ice. A world where anger is rising and resources are melting away. A tragedy then sends everything off the rails: one MiniGorfou has died. Collective fear, frenzied consumption and institutional violence then lead straight towards collapse. But what is recounted is a renewal, a rebound through the body, celebration and movement.
In a creative, playful and inclusive language, Héloïse Desrivières hands the power of the story to childhood and prefers hope to resignation. The pace is frantic, the music and sound effects are integral to the narration, and the space transforms as the pack ice melts. The entirely white world of ice gradually becomes metallic and reflective, until it becomes the disco ball beneath which we will dance together, sharing the joy of being in the present.
