Guillaume SENTOU tried hard to be a cool guy: strong, attractive, successful, inspiring respect, smoking, influencing… but it's clear that he's nothing more than a people pleaser forced to walk his girlfriend's French bulldog.
But rather than striving for this superficial ideal, perhaps it's better to accept the trainers we wear on our journey. To become as kind to ourselves as we would be to our children or friends. To set aside severity and finally feel good… in our place.
