Overview
Formed in Paris in 2021, HOULE is a melodic black metal band that blends razor-sharp riffs with haunting melodies. Drawing on the relentless immensity of the ocean, HOULE portrays humanity's struggle against the transcendent and crushing forces of nature.
It is an adventure in which every weary traveller must overcome chaos and the unknown in search of a peaceful destination. The band released its first EP at the end of 2022 and its first album, "Ciel Cendre et Misère Noire", in 2024 via Les Acteurs de l'Ombre.
Preparing to release its second album, HOULE will headline a French tour, supported by CÂN BARDD and GALIB
