Overview
Several times a day, your body is here, but your mind is elsewhere: lost somewhere in the digital landscape, on the other side of the city or the world, scrolling·posting·chatting·liking - and bam! You walk straight into the pole, nose buried in your phone.
In this piece, nobody will walk into the pole. Because each person is guided by a text. And thanks to that text, each person becomes the heart and the engine of the action. Yes, each person. But all of it happens side by side, together.
So what does "together" really mean? In this piece, we will try to shake off the rather shrivelled vision of the collective in unison and move towards something a little more… let's say, elusive; doing something together that cannot be seen, doing the same thing but not quite at the same moment… Here, you will see, the idea of participation is taken in a verrry broad sense.
Conception, texts, set design Anne-Sophie Turion in collaboration with Maya Boquet, Loreto Martinez-Troncoso, Elise Simonet
