La Misérable - Julie Depardieu - Tournée

La Misérable is the spotlight on the shadow of Victor Hugo, Juliette Drouet, who recounts 50 years of a mad love and a mutual entrapment..

It is the docility of an unruly woman who took it upon herself to accompany the greatest poet of all time so that he could see his work through to the end. Juliette is his heroine, his muse, his passion, his copyist, his inspiration, but also his prisoner.

Victor locks her away in a maid's room for 14 years so that he has her all to himself. During her captivity she will write him thousands of letters, while remaining his eternal support, devoted body and soul.

Two inseparable beings cradled by a secret and obsessive love, for better and for worse! Julie Depardieu has decided to embody the character of Juliette, 140 years later, to tell us her story that no one ever wanted to hear and to reveal to us all their intimate secrets.
