To be loved, must one give up who one is? A modern-day Little Mermaid, where the tale becomes an opera for young and old. On the eve of a major decision, a teenager falls asleep. In her dream, she is visited by the voice of the Little Mermaid who, like her, is about to commit the irreparable, and she sees her room become a stage for all possibilities, revealing a mysterious aquatic world. This enchanting opera draws us into a universe that is by turns shimmering, heartbreaking, and dark.
