Zero posturing, pure sound. Gradually, the frequencies of our brainwaves shift from beta to alpha and then theta, where imagination and the unconscious come to the surface.

The body and heart then let themselves be carried along by the vibrations of the music, emotions and visions.

Continuous, like a story, the exercises flow one into another in rhythm with the music: slow, simple movements, breathing and visualisation, set to a playlist of Ambient & Techno. Every month, on a Sunday evening at Listener, in Paris 2nd arrondissement, rue Vivienne.

4 time slots available: 16h / 17h / 18h / 19h. Sessions last 1 hour, are guided by Alexandrine Comte and take place in Paris, at Listener, a soundproofed listening room equipped with a sound system of unrivalled quality in France.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Certain breathing exercises are not recommended during pregnancy or in cases of psychiatric, respiratory, neurological, epileptic or cardiovascular conditions, and may require consulting a doctor before practising. If in doubt, write to us.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS: No ticket can be changed or refunded. However, if you are unable to attend: up to 21 days before the session, you may request a credit in the form of a promo code valid for 6 months for a future session.

Shotgun service fees remain payable by you when rebooking. After that deadline, two options are available: resale via the Shotgun exchange: your ticket may be automatically resold to a person on the waiting list.

Ticket transfer: you can give or transfer your ticket to another person from your Shotgun account. If we cancel, you will be fully refunded and Shotgun service fees will be borne by us. Given the limited capacity of the venue, we cannot make any exceptions.
