Overview
Marc is an actor, writer and director... And impatient! Faced with the pitfalls of constant distraction, social media and his own fears, he works tirelessly but would like things to move faster. And for "success" to finally arrive! "Success is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm," Churchill used to say, and so far Marc is succeeding at all his failures with great enthusiasm! Castings, filming, romances.
Moving between prose and alexandrines, never losing his optimism, L'Impatient takes you into the life of a young actor passionate about his craft, from Paris to Avignon, from France to Asia, by way of Australia...Did you know?
Marc Tourneboeuf received the Cyrano award for best author 2022 and the 2022 Avignon OFF prize for Best Espoir (and heaven knows they're needed!).
