When she meets Lisa and the other children from the neighbourhood, she introduces herself to them as Mickaël. Over the course of the summer, she explores her identity and her place among the others, through games, friendships and first questions.
Seen through the eyes of childhood, Tomboy offers a delicate story about identity, the freedom to be oneself and the importance of the way we look at others.
