Overview
Psykup will celebrate its 30th anniversary of existence in 2025. The band has today gained the status of mythical figure in the alternative landscape, with 5 albums, an acoustic EP and two Live DVDs.
Defying fashion, defying norms, the formation has always been iconoclastic, debunking clichés with humor, tranquility and determination. It has marked several generations, bringing together Primus and Pantera, Strapping Young Lad and Alice In Chains at the same table.
Live war machine, Psykup has toured France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, and has ravaged prestigious international festivals such as Les Eurockéennes de Belfort, the Download Festival France, the famous Boulevard in Morocco, Rockstadt in Transylvania, as well as a packed Hellfest won over by their contagious madness.
The band will release its 6th album "The Joke of Tomorrow" (Verycords) on 11 April 2025, which promises to be another aggressive and groovy musical journey doped with catchy harmonies, always wild and uninhibited.
