Erik Satie loved words as much as he loved notes. Everything stimulated his curious inspiration: occultism, fashion, Dadaism, his artist friends, animals, sport, social outings, solitude… A chronicler of the moment, he scattered his writings like his melodies, thus composing a work of singular fantasy. François Marthouret seizes upon it with his playful gourmandise, alongside pianist Vadim Sher. A meandering stroll, recommended “to kind and smiling ears” by Satie himself! He would be a hundred years old today, but mischievous spirits escape time… In case of wheelchair use, please call the theatre directly. Entry to the auditorium and seating are not guaranteed for latecomers. There is no cloakroom and the theatre does not accept large bags or suitcases.
