Le Chinois hosts a bill of four acts whose sounds range from punk to independent rock. Hailing from London, Shooting Daggers develops a sound rooted in the queercore scene, while The Menstrual Cramps, from Bristol, offer a committed queerpunk repertoire. The bill widens with Spiruline and its DIY riot hardcore influences, as well as Molotov et confetti, whose approach sits within an emo acidcore register. This gig brings together musical sensibilities drawn from British and French alternative networks.
