Take Me Out : Razorlight + The K's en concert à Paris !

The essential British indie rock band Razorlight returns to Paris to celebrate its cult 20th-anniversary album at Trianon!

Take Me Out presents… Razorlight + The K's in concert! live/events/razorlight RAZORLIGHT Razorlight was at the forefront of indie rock's early 2000s renaissance with hits like « America  » and « Wire To Wire  ».

These successes earned them three Top 5 albums, nine platinum records, an NME Award, plus performances at Reading Festival and Live 8.

After reforming in 2021, the classic lineup – Johnny Borrell (vocals/guitar), Björn Ågren (guitar), Carl Dalemo (bass) and Andy Burrows (drums) – will release new album « Planet Nowhere  » on 25 October, their first together since 2008.

Since reformation, Razorlight sold out headline tours, including an Eventim Apollo London show, and opened for Muse, Kaiser Chiefs and James. Johnny Borrell's wasn't a « greatest hits  » group venture.

Late 2023, they recorded with producer Youth (The Verve, James) at Space Mountain studio in Spain.

This session reignited creativity, beginning with « Scared of Nothing  », a track radiating tense post-punk energy and sharp incisiveness, recalling the NME praise their beginnings earned.

This song's success led Razorlight back to Spain for a second session to build a complete catalogue for « Planet Nowhere  ». Among the standout titles are « Zombie Love  », « U Can Call Me  », « Dirty Luck  » and « Cool People  ».

Parallel to new track creation, Razorlight celebrated its past with « Razorwhat? The Best of Razorlight  » release and a 20th-anniversary Deluxe edition of its debut album « Up All Night  ». Razorlight is back, ready to revitalize the indie rock scene.
