Tété: Le Tour Solo Solidaire

First new release in 7 years, Vertige du Seum marks the highly anticipated return of singer Tété. Through this track, the singer-songwriter recounts the transformation of a man who, after going down on one knee, pulls himself together for his children. It serves as a narrative prelude to a new concept album that is deeply human, in which emotion dominates. The track captures the emotional vertigo of a saturated era — the noise of a silence that screams — when the intimate becomes universal. This single inaugurates a new artistic cycle: a free, unformatted body of work that accompanies more than it comments. Because smiling means hoping, it serves as an introduction to his double album « Une Semaine Sur Deux  » (10 songs presented in arranged versions on side A, and in guitar-and-voice versions on side B), scheduled for autumn 26, which introduces new sonorities while staying true to the signature of the poet.

For more than twenty-five years, Tété has moved through eras without ever dissolving into them. Folk, blues, pop, electric fables or acoustic stripped-back arrangements: he explores without renouncing. He tours the United States, Japan and Canada. He writes for himself and for others. He refuses categories and prefers long trajectories to passing trends.

After a sold-out acoustic tour of small venues in 2024, the guitar virtuoso returns this year with concerts just as intimate, but this time with a charitable strand centred on isolated mothers, because a heart that loves truly... doesn't beat only one week in two.
